Yes, we do offer free design service to keep our customers on board. Our designers will provide you with a print-ready design in PDF format so you can evaluate and approve it. Then it moves to the production department to avoid issues later.

It is best to send artwork as a PDF. You should check that all fonts are called out and part of the file. Use CMYK colors for your pictures and do not use RGB. For black and white pictures, make sure they are clear and all layers are flat before you make the PDF.

No. We believe in being open and honest. You will get exactly what you buy. The price includes the work we do, like gluing and cutting. Even if you do not have enough orders for free shipping, those costs are shown clearly. You will always know the exact price when requesting a quote at sales@premiercustompackaging.co.uk.

Usually, it takes 8–10 days to make the boxes and 2–3 days to ship them. The time starts once you place the order. If you need them fast, tell us when you buy them. Our rush choice can get boxes to you in about 7 days.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. After that, we have already started the work. If you cancel in the first 24 hours, you will get half of your money back. We keep the rest to cover the work already done.
