Orders and Payments
All prices are in £GBP.
We start work after full payment is received.

- Cancel within 4 hours (fee:£25 + 5%)
- Cancel after 24 hours (fee: 50%)
After that, cancellation is not guaranteed.
Design Orders
Design services are non-refundable.
Sales Tax
Customers in Greater London must pay sales tax unless they provide a valid exemption certificate.
Artwork Files
You must provide files in:
- 300 DPI
- CMYK format
We are not responsible for poor print quality if your files are incorrect.
You are responsible for:
- File errors
- Layout mistakes
We may reject any order that breaks the law or uses harmful content.
Proof and Colors
You must check and approve your proof before printing. We are not responsible for:
- Spelling or design errors after approval
- Color differences (printing limits apply)
Exact color match is only guaranteed with a paid hard proof.
Printing Errors
We are not responsible for:
- Spelling mistakes
- Font issues
- Design errors
- Size differences
Quantity (Overruns/Underruns)
You may receive up to 5% more or less than your order.
Extra items are free. If fewer items are delivered, you’ll be charged only for what you receive.
Shipping and Delivery
Production starts after:
- Payment
- File submission
- Proof approval
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping companies
- Weather
- Customs
You must pay any customs fees for international orders.
Wrong address? You pay for reshipping.
